Latricia is an Alabama native that holds an AAS in Criminal Justice and an AAS in Nursing with over 18 years of experience working in various roles in healthcare. Her experience ranges from hospital Unit Secretary, Patient Care Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Hospice Nursing, Nursing Home Administration Nurse Manager, Nursing Education, Rehab Nursing, and Medical Surgical Nursing, with the last 8 years being dedicated to Mental and Behavioral Health. Latricia also holds teaching certifications in MOAB, Therapeutic Options, CPR and Restraints.
