The Employee Recognition Award recipient for the month of October is Ron Hines, Care Coordinator in our Children’s Services program. Ron has been employed at JBS since June 2013. Ron was described by his colleagues as a dedicated, hardworking employee who is very kind and friendly to all. He has a good rapport with his clients and their families and goes the extra mile to meet their needs. Ron has coordinated the Jefferson County summer program for children for the past three years and has developed relationships with the Birmingham Recreation Centers and Red Barn to ensure our clients have weekly activities throughout the summer. Congratulations Ron on a well-deserved honor and recognition for your commitment to the children and youth of our area.
